I pulled off the interstate after traveling 70mph with cruise control on. I then pulled into the Walmart parking lot and started to enter a parking spot rolling at 5mph and accidentally brushed the resume cruise control and the truck shot me forward and I came within inches of the car ahead of me because the truck suddenly started accelerating.

Torque converters are going out and causing people to need new transmissions. I was told by dealership that evaluated mine this is a known problem! I’ve also encountered others who have same issue with their cars.

The required back up camera got water inside the housing, worked for a little while, and then ultimately failed. There is a Recall for other trailblazers with this exact issue, however it seems my VIN was not included in said recall.

My 6.2L is experiencing engine knocking. Sounds like ball bearings rolling around at idle and acceleration. Its been seen by GM dealer and they notice something isnt right but say its not part of recall at this time. They want it to fail more before pursuing.

Service Air Bag System light has come on. Yes, the dealership has confirmed there is a problem with the air bag system and part need to be replaced. Collision Sensor System consists of sensors that distinguish between a moderate or severe crash impact. In the event of a crash, these sensors send information to the computer that controls the deployment of the air bags.

Two times in the last two years my vacuum pump has failed. First time it happened in Dec 2024. It happened again in July 2026. With the failure my breaks were very difficult to push to slow the vehicle down. No lights or alarms just one minute I had breaks second they weren’t working properly. Luckily I was on a high way and had time to slow down so an accident didn’t occur. First repair my partner did second I took to a local garage to fix it.

Driving our Tahoe today and every light pertaining to the brakes as well as a few other came on.. You can feel the vehicle pulling to one side and hear the transfer case howling.. We have replace the transmission a little over a year ago with a certified GM mechanic..Recall - N192261050 and N262557620 do not fall under our Vin# but this is exactly what's going on with our vehicle.. The piston rings or something in the engine is wrong as to where there is massive oil consumption. When this is happening and my car gets empty quickly it is stalling while I am driving and it's hard to get acceleration which is dangerous when I'm on the road in one of the biggest cities in my state.
