The b pillar is coming apart and may cause an incident. They put out recall in May of 2025 but still no remedy. .

Driving on highway lost power to gas pedal truck dash flashed and turned off. Bunch of lights and a gear turned on. I drove to dealership immediately and left the truck there. Was later told I have a 4 serious safety hazard recalls and one that is paused and because of this can’t be fixed and leaves the truck unusable. When using the cruise control and passing a 65MPH speed limit sign, the vehicle accelerates to 85MPH. The posted speed in the area 65MPH. The max speed for the state of NC is 70. Yet, the vehicle acts as if the speed limit is 85MPH. This event is repeated routinely approximately 95% of the time as I pass this particular location on I-885 South, just north of the Ellis Road exit, in Durham NC.

While driving my 2019 Ford Expedition on the interstate at approximately 75 mph, the driver side seatbelt suddenly and unexpectedly locked up and forcefully retracted without warning. When having to brake hard such as when a deer runs out my trucks ABS does not activate and my tires lock up causing me to slide. This has happened several times over the past few months . there are no ABS dtc codes and I have consulted technicians to no avail. I will note the last incident below but it has happened repeatedly.

Rearview camera was recalled almost 2 years ago and still no replacement parts available and the rearview camera in my vehicle does have the issue described. Was driving on the highway. Thought there was a smell of something burning. Stopped didn't see anything. When I arrived at my location the smell was much stronger. When I stopped I saw smoke and fire coming from the left front tire. Fire Department was called because the vehicle was parked next to a building. I used three fire extinguishers to put the fire out. Wiper switch not working for auto, because switch itself is broken. When accelerating to pass a car the transmission skips/slips and car pauses and gas pedal won't work for 10 seconds. Car basically stalls. Could have caused accident if unable to pass or slide back over behind the car trying to pass.
