Ford E-150 Club Wagon

Sped up a bit today get in front of my husband and as I did i noticed that all of a sudden I lost power. I wasn't able to go faster than 40 mph, and I wasn't able to go into gear.

We rented a Class C RV based on a Ford E-Series chassis from El Monte RV. During our trip, we experienced two dangerous tire tread separations. The first incident occurred on the third day of our trip on the highway. The right rear tire's tread detached while driving at moderate speed (~55–60 mph), causing the tire to explode. My power steering and brakes went out as I was driving. I was making a turn in town, and I almost collided with another car at the intersection. I pushed the brakes as hard as I could, but it didn't slow down, the car just eventually rolled to a stop on its own. The exact cause is unknown, but it seems like it was a failure in the power steering pump. After turning off the van and turning it back on again a minute later, it started driving normally again.

Front end camber toe in has been adjusted but keeps toeing in makes tires wear. Hard to keep going straight allways sways. Dashboard stops working and windows don't work. Started doing this at around 100,000 miles. Will turn back on and off. Sometimes gas pedal stops working Can't tell speed. There are a lot of these happening to this model

Random Acceleration (Gas Pedal) when started from a cold start. When foot was not on any brake or gas pedal, van started to accelerate as if I had my foot on the gas pedal.
