Between August 5 and August 9, 2025 we purchased 46 Nebula brand 245/70R 19.5 16PR tires. We experienced a complete tire failure on one of our trucks while operating on the highway. Truck has approximate 60,000 miles. Was driving in rain and lost control of all electrical systems and died in the middle of the highway. No lights to warn other drivers. Shop said the pcm fried and will need a need pcm to fix the issue. Very dangerous

The CP4 pump in my truck exploded sending metal fragments through the fuel system. I was going 55 mph, it went into low engine power mode and then turned off leaving me stranded on the side on an interstate. This is a known issue with this model. There were no warning lamps, messages or symptoms prior to this happening. The fuel pump failure is catastrophic.
