I recently replaced a defective reductant (DEF) pump and wiring harness due to corrosion. The cause and repairs were diagnosed and performed by a ford dealership. Without addressing the issue the vehicle would randomly engage a limp mode and limit the speed to 50 mph, forcing the driver to operate at unsafe speeds on freeways and highways. I was under the truck working on it and the truck was on I had the emergency brake on and the truck went into reverse and ran me over

fuse box is allowing moisture in causing horn to not stop and truck to remain running. Ford has updates in their manual that this is a problem but no recall issued.

The issue with truck is the rear window has a large mirror tint reflection. Causing a safety hazard when driving as the reflection leaves other drivers light blinded. Leaving a flash blindness.

While towing any trailer with electric brakes it appears the integrated trailer brake controller is briefly applying trailer brakes unexpectedly. Very brief but very hard, resulting in an extreme rearward pull on the truck. It happens at exactly 60 minute intervals, at any speed, uphill, downhill and level flat road. I've had the trailer 7 way plug and wire inspected, no problem found. Next step will be to have Ford dealer inspect truck electronics.

I have been waiting over a year for this low pressure fuel pump recall and it has stopped me from driving long distance to visit my daughter where part of the trip is hoursbthrew the Nevada high desert with extreme heat and NO CELL SERVICE.
