2023 FORD E-350

Filed Oct 14, 2026

I had rented an RV from Cruise America for a 1,400 one-way trip from [XXX] to [XXX]. I told the agent this was my first time driving an RV. The agent knowingly told me to disregard the low tire pressure sensor as it was faulty, to directly disregard it. One hour into the trip I experienced a tire blowout of 1 of 6 tires. I sought assistance at a tire repair chain 1 mile from the sensor having gone from present to blinking. The tire center also saw a full crack across the exterior sidewall of…

This complaint is about a national company(Cruise America) that has a dismal maintenance program(if any) for their fleet of rental RV's. Me wife and I rented an RV to see this amazing country while traveling from [XXX] to my Navy reunion in [XXX]. We soon realized it wasn't going to be as fun as we imagined. The ride was the bumpiest we ever experienced and was to remain that way for 4445 miles. From day 1 I was calling the customer relations dept. to find out the protocol to get it fixed. I…

On two separate occasions, the vehicle's left rear wheel studs have broken off clean with the hub and both rear dual wheels departed the vehicle while in motion. This issue was reported to the local FORD dealer and they reported that they do not know why this is happening. This has happened to five (5) of our other vehicles as well. I am a fleet manager for an EMS service and we have a total of ten (10) of these Ford chassis. The wheels coming off present a hazard to oncoming traffic not…

open recall for paint peeling on the gas tank, could cause a fire. No Ford dealers in my area can take care of the problem.: I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding a Ford dealership’s failure to properly support and address a safety recall on my vehicle. As you know, safety recalls are issued to protect consumers and ensure that potentially dangerous vehicle defects are corrected promptly and at no cost to the vehicle owner. When a dealership fails or refuses to properly handle a…
