On two separate occasions, the vehicle's left rear wheel studs have broken off clean with the hub and both rear dual wheels departed the vehicle while in motion. This issue was reported to the local FORD dealer and they reported that they do not know why this is happening. This has happened to five (5) of our other vehicles as well. The L shaped bracket that supports the RV hydraulic/motor assembly for the auto leveling system has failed. The weld between two pieces of steel that makes up the bracket has failed. When the bracket fails the assembly is supported temporarily by electrical wires and hydraulic hoses. Parking Brake The Sticker on this U-Haul 15 foot Truck says, Engage the Parking Brake before turning off the Engine, otherwise UNCONTROLLED OPERATION OF VEHICLE may occur.. Crash

The contact rented a 2016 U-Haul E450. The contact stated that while in the parking lot and placing the vehicle in drive, the contact tapped on the accelerator pedal, then when the brakes were applied and the vehicle suddenly accelerated. The contact removed her foot from the brake, and it continued to accelerate and crashed into a parked U-Haul truck. There were no reported injuries, fire, airbag deployment, or police report filed. Lifters in engine is going out. Ford has made a TSBs for repair because lifters and camshaft was made by a third party and they are defect. Here is Technical Service Bulletin (TSB 25-2200). Vehicle is available for inspection. It was put at risk because vehicle could loose power at any time and potential crash into another car. The problem has been reproduced in 4 different Ford vehicles. Has not been inspected by manufacturer or others. No warning lights were present.
