When turning any direction or hitting speeds of 75 mph +, vehicle makes loud noise and starts shaking. Took it to an independent mechanic and ran a diagnostic, they said the rear differential is going out which isn't normal for vehicles with this mileage and said it was a manufacturer defect. When I took the vehicle to a Ford dealership, the tech laughed and said there's a one month wait for parts and 15 other Broncos in front of me dealing with the same issue.

The Oil pump wet belt, made of rubber, experienced the same premature tooth degradation as under the 1.0L EcoBoost engines that were recalled. Rubber components blocked my oil pump resulting in a failure to pump oil while I was driving. This required me to make an emergency stop on an interstate. I have reported this to Ford and they could care less about the safety concern.

On [XXX], my 2022 Ford Bronco Sport was stationary under my residential carport. I was seated in the front passenger seat with the passenger door open. I reached across and depressed the brake pedal with my hand and pressed the engine Start/Stop button. I did NOT touch or move the rotary gear selector before starting the vehicle. Immediately after the vehicle started, it unexpectedly began moving backward. I reached over and moved the gear selector to PARK to stop the vehicle. Before I was…

The contact owns a 2024 Ford Bronco Sport. The contact stated that while visiting Florida, the vehicle developed a flat tire. The contact stated that one month later the failure reoccurred. The vehicle was taken to a dealer to be diagnosed, and the contact was informed that the differential was damaged after the dealer had installed an incompatible tire on the vehicle. The dealer confirmed that the failure was caused by the mismatched tire installed on the vehicle. The contact was informed that…

Both front lower control arm ball joints on my 2025 Bronco Sport failed prematurely at approximately 13,000 miles. Upon removal, both ball studs showed heavy corrosion and clear evidence of water intrusion past the factory boot seals. One boot's upper metal retainer was visibly deformed, allowing water into the joint. This level of corrosion should not exist on a vehicle this new and indicates a defective component or seal, not normal wear. I have retained both failed parts and have photographs…

I first noticed noise from the rear of the vehicle in early July 2026, within days of picking it up from Louisburg Ford following a turbocharger repair completed June 29, 2026. The rear drive unit (rear differential) has since been diagnosed as failing at 82,053 miles, with a repair quoted at approximately $4,000. Ford documented this failure mode in Technical Service Bulletin 23-2335, issued October 2023 and superseded by 24-2185 and 24-2386, identifying the rear drive unit vent hose as an…

2026 Bronco Sport Badlands Sasquatch edition with less than three-thousand miles that we purchased brand new had a major transmission failure and was rendered inoperable. The Bronco Sport transmission pan cracked and the gasket failed upon driving home from a routine, ten minute trip to the grocery store resulting in sudden loss of transmission fluid. The transmission fluid blew all over the engine compartment when this occurred The vehicle had to be towed to the dealership where it remains as…
