Pistons rings were worn causing excessive blow by into crankcase. Catalytic converters were damaged and clogged. all of which required an engine replacement.

Vehicle has had electrical issues since purchased new. Ford service center could not fix after several attempts. Customer service/ warranty was unhelpful. All issues surfaced prior to 60k miles. Has had about 6 battery replacements in less than a year. Now at 68k miles vehicle has been at shop for weeks and being told a new engine is needed. Was driving down the road, and has turned the ABS off, and TCS, along with the front cillision, lane keep, and cruise control off. There is 3 trucks in the fleet that have done the same thing before 10K miles.

2016 Ford F-53 cut-away for my class a motorhome. When driving the parking brake and ABS yellow lightning bolt would illuminate periodically for no reason. Only way to remove this was to pull over, stop, place in park and then restart engine. Became more frequent as vehicle aged.
