Seatbelt alarm goes off on passengers seat and no one is seated in the seat. Received a notification from BMW that the warranty was extended to cover this problem with this model but the BMW dealership says my VIN number is not covered. They confirmed that it did need replacing but They quoted me a price of more than $2500 to fix it and claimed nothing could be done about it unless it’s paid out of pocket.

On July 6, 2026, while my brand-new vehicle (purchased June 10, 2026) was stationary and preconditioning, the high-voltage drivetrain and climate control networks suffered a catastrophic synchronization failure. Engine oil pressure light came on and then the driver train malfunction light. Car at 113k miles and upon checking the timing chain was damage and now engine locked

I have had to replace 6 of these tires on all wheels within in year as they develop bubbles even after almost being new with little mileage. I know of others who have similar problem. The service persons tell me that I am not alone with this issue. My son in his brand new BMW with same tires just got a bubble with 3K mikes on it.

The AC system blowed hot air. There's must be a problem with this model because my friend also have the 2021 BMW X5 and its AC also have problem. We're suffering from this due to Manufacturing defect.
