Yesterday 4pm try to park my car at infront of grage door i have been slow down with touch break pedal. But this car won't stop at all so this car hit home grage door and and side stone decorations.

Unsure of the exact cause, appears to be the high voltage battery/electric drive function that is faulty. It is creating a hazardous condition causing the vehicle to propel itself forward while driving in traffic and almost hitting other vehicles on the roadway when the electric drive fails or it switches between battery and the engine. I rear-ended someone and suspect issue with the automatic emergency braking for my 2023 BMW 330E. The car was totaled and I no longer have it - date of accident [XXX]. My VIN [XXX] ) wasn’t included in current recalls but the model was discontinued, which raises concern. The incident was reported to police and insurance. The contact owns a 2018 BMW 330E. The contact stated that while driving at an undisclosed speed, there was an abnormal squealing sound coming from the engine compartment, with the check engine warning light illuminated. The vehicle was taken to the dealer but was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure and referred the contact to the NHTSA Hotline for assistance. The failure mileage was approximately 55,000.

Since the purchase of my vehicle, 07/01/2024: When in reverse vehicle does not issue audible warning alerts for other vehicles, objects or pedestrians crossing or approaching behind or from the side. Additionally, no audible warning alerts in the front as the vehicle approaches objects such as trees, vehicles parked in space opposite or persons darting in front of the car.
