2017 TOYOTA SIENNA
Filed Jul 8, 2026
power sliding door (behind front passenger) does not fully engage arresting hook and tends to immediately return to open position and after hitting the button again starts welling. It started about eight months ago. Now it isn’t connected at all, I just open or close it and it slides but don’t try to open it first if it’s locked or the alarm blares. I may have pulled or pushed it too many times trying to open or close it so I could drive the car. Looks like others have had the same issue with…

I am reporting a systemic pattern of safety reporting negligence, property damage, and data manipulation by Toyota of Woodbridge. On March 26, 2026, the dealership performed a backup camera recall (25TA13) but completely failed to address or notify me of a second open safety recall regarding the instrument cluster (Recall 25TA08). Consequently, in early June 2026, the unaddressed defect manifested: the digital dashboard screen went completely black while operating, creating an immediate highway…

While traveling on interstate highways from [XXX] to [XXX], the front lower bumper cover on my 2022 Toyota Highlander Limited (VIN [XXX]) partially detached during normal driving at approximately 81,859 miles. The aluminum crash bar became exposed. The vehicle is subject to NHTSA Recall 23V-720 regarding the front lower bumper cover detaching while driving. This incident appears to be the exact defect described in the recall. Fortunately, no crash or injuries occurred, but complete separation…

Parking Assistance malfunction as well as an SRS airbag malfunction. I am submitting this complaint to report a potential safety concern involving a new 2026 Toyota RAV4 that I purchased from an authorized Toyota dealership. Shortly after taking delivery of the vehicle, I began receiving multiple warning lights and error messages. Because I was concerned that a brand-new vehicle was experiencing these issues, I took it to my local Toyota dealership for diagnosis. According to the service…

I was traveling southbound on I-25 when the flatbed truck in front of me came to a sudden stop. I was unable to stop in time to avoid rear-ending the truck. The airbags did not deploy upon impact.
2026 TOYOTA RAV4 HYBRID

The windshield on the vehicle has a weird distortion. The distortion is visible around the outline of an object with ///////////////// types of line around it. This gives a false moving sensation when viewing and causes eye strain. This distortion is visible on the whole windshield not just a part of it.
2019 TOYOTA HIGHLANDER
Filed Jul 8, 2026
I have the high pitch whine coming from transmission. It is a known issue with Toyota but they refuse to look into it since my VIN falls outside their recall list. This is the same transmission as previous years and has the exact same issues. This is a safety issue that needs to be addressed immediately.
