A few weeks after purchasing this vehicle in Dallas, TX we drove to Florida. About 4 hours into the trip we stopped for lunch and noticed both of our cells phones had not charged and in fact had discharged quite a bit. Further testing shows none of the front or rear USB Type-C ports would charge any cell phone we plugged into them. The Toyota Crown Signia Tire Pressure Monitoring gauge has to be reset to properly display on each start versus staying in place on the drivers monitoring dashboard. All other driver monitoring aids, once selected to display on the monitoring dash, stay in place per each start cycle. This has existed as a vehicle defect from day 1. As I was driving down a suburban road at about 30mph the brakes suddenly came on by themselves for few seconds as I approached a parked car on my right side. As I started to pass this car my vehicle continued moving forewarned and I did not come to a complete stop. There were no cars in front or behind me except for the one car parked to my right. There were two electric beeps when the car braked.
