A few weeks after purchasing this vehicle in Dallas, TX we drove to Florida. About 4 hours into the trip we stopped for lunch and noticed both of our cells phones had not charged and in fact had discharged quite a bit. Further testing shows none of the front or rear USB Type-C ports would charge any cell phone we plugged into them. When leaning on the front seat center armrest, the armrest makes a clicking noise when hitting rough or bumpy roads. The Toyota dealer replaced the armrest, and the same issue occurred. Toyota told the dealer they want the part to investigate further.

As I was driving down a suburban road at about 30mph the brakes suddenly came on by themselves for few seconds as I approached a parked car on my right side. As I started to pass this car my vehicle continued moving forewarned and I did not come to a complete stop. There were no cars in front or behind me except for the one car parked to my right. There were two electric beeps when the car braked.
