II own a 2005 Toyota Corolla. Since XXX, I have repeatedly asked Keating Toyota in [XXX], to complete the airbag and engine control module (ECM) recall repairs. As of XXX, the repairs remain incomplete. The dealership has either not obtained the needed parts or had parts available without calling me to schedule the repair. The air bag warning light is sometimes on, sometimes off, when driving the car. This started several years ago, soon after the last recall was fixed.

The air bag light stays on at all times when there is nothing on the passengers seat. This has stayed on for the past two weeks. I am afraid that the airbag might fail and cause an injury.

The paint on my Corolla is And has been for years been bubbling up on the hood. Tried taking it to Middletown Toyota twice and twice paid money to try to get it fixed and it didn't work. Also contacted my insurance company,, Amica, and they saw the hood and said it was a manufacturer defect in paint preparation. I'm concerned about young children possible ingesting the paint accidentally. They ear paint off walls. Or flecks flying off while driving and getting into my wipers. Thank you!

The engine will lose power and shut off while driving. It will proceed to not start and strand the driver. Other models in the genera of my car had this issue with the engine control module, so Im not sure why my VIN does not have a recall. My mechanic isolated the problem to either a fuse or the ECM.
