The contact owns a 2022 Toyota Corolla. The contact stated that while driving 30 MPH, the steering wheel seized, with the message Power Steering Low displayed. The master warning light illuminated, and the vehicle veered off into a ditch. The vehicle was towed to the residence. The local dealer was contacted; however, the vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was 75,000.

The Coolant Bypass Valve needs replacement and my car only has 94,000 miles on it I called Toyota to see if the part and labor were cover under their 100,000 miles/ 10 years warranty and they are saying that it is not,yet on Google and all over online forums it says that Toyotas corolla from 2019 to 2021 tend to eventually have this issue.

Odometer Fraud. The contact purchased a 2014 Toyota Corolla. It was discovered that there was a mileage discrepancy. The vehicle was a private sale. At the time of purchase, the vehicle mileage was 109,000, but upon contacting the dealer to trade the vehicle in, it was discovered via a Carfax report that the mileage was 260,000.
