I am reporting a severe safety hazard on my 2025 Toyota Tacoma caused by incorrect alignment specs and an uncorrected extreme toe setting. On a recent service visit, alignment inspection showed a Total Toe of +1.62 degrees (OEM target is approximately +0.10 degrees). The cab vents failed causing water to soak the carpet and pad from the back wall to the front of the cab. Mold was growing through out the the cab. Carpet & pad had to be removed. This is a known problem by dealerships and owners of Toyota Tacoma. Because the water was under the seats, trim and weather mats it went undetected exposing us to mold. Lower driver door locking bracket corrosion. Beyond surface corrosion. Been monitoring. Passenger side bracket is free of corrosion. Base of corroded bracket has heavy rust. Appears this part was not plated or treated for rustproofing. Appears this locking bracket might fail over time. See attached photos. Passenger side (no corrosion) is last photo.

Headlight tabs break causing housing to rub against body and crack. Additionally it makes headlights move which necessitates constant readjustment.

WHAT FAILED: The clear coat finish on the exterior paint of my 2018 Toyota Tacoma has failed (cracking) in two separate locations on the same vehicle, indicating a manufacturing defect rather than normal wear. The contact owns a 2025 Toyota Tacoma. The contact stated that while stationary and attempting to exit the vehicle from the driver's side, the interior driver's side door handle fractured, preventing the opening or locking of the door from the inside. On 7/6/2024 after already having driven my truck to the store I noticed that the rear cab power sliding window exploded outward. Most of the glass was on the tonneau cover but some was inside. While cleaning it I noticed some has fallen into the seat belt assembly for the rear passenger seat. Brake master cylinder is leaking in the interior of truck on driver side floor mat. Oil is come from brake master cylinder seal.

Driver side front and passenger door handle broke internally. The door is unable to be opened from the inside. This puts occupants at risk of not being able to exit the veichle in an emergency or safely from the inside. The problem was fixed for the front after several weeks due to back order of the part.
