2026 TOYOTA TUNDRA

Filed May 28, 2026

The vehicle is either unresponsive or has a severe throttle delay from a stop or a very low speed, creating is a major safety issue. This could leave the vehicle in a position to not be able to accelerate, and risks becoming a hazard to other traffic, particularly at intersections. Understanding that a TSB is available for a transmission code reflash to resolve this issue, dealers are denying the repairs stating that they are unable to reproduce the issue in their limited test drives. It is not…

Front grille piece on hood keeps coming off even after being replaced 4 times now and this last time it flew off busted my windshield on the expressway and Toyota just tells me to go to collision center as a solution! This piece just snaps in as it's just plastic and it just flys off the front when it catches air under it, it busted my windshield, messed me hood up and flew down the side of my truck on the expressway and could have caused a major accident this time! Toyota refuses to do…

This recall {25TA06} has been out since May 15 2025, it's been over a year now. I have called a few times and nobody know anything when this will be completed. Rumors on line say they took care of the ones at the dealership but not the ones that customers purchased. All I need is about when this will be taken care of. Thank you

I previously reported the safety issue truck pulls to the right after roughly 20 alignments. I leave the keep lane assist off because it exacerbates the safety issue. Recently, while trying to self diagnose the problem, I turned on the system before using an on ramp to I820. While accelerating on the on ram, the keep lane assist caused the truck to swerve left and then right. I immediately turned off the feature and the symptom stopped. This is a serious safety issue and can can injury and…

I am filing this complaint regarding an active safety recall on my 2024 Toyota Tundra involving manufacturing debris left in the V35A 3.4L twin-turbocharged V6 engine during production. This recall has been open for multiple years and spans over 250,000 vehicles across the 2022–2024 Tundra, Lexus LX 600, and 2024 Lexus GX 550. The manufacturing debris causes damage to the engine’s main bearings, resulting in engine knocking, rough running, failure to start, and sudden loss of motive power while…

I was driving on the freeway in my Toyota Tundra when it suddenly shut off completely. It was honestly terrifying because my first thought was getting rear-ended in traffic. After about 15 seconds, the truck randomly turned back on by itself, but the whole situation really shook me up. A vehicle that new shouldn’t be doing something that dangerous.

Prior to the oil change service, the front AC vents were functioning properly. Immediately after the dealership serviced the vehicle, the front vents stopped blowing air. This issue was not present before the visit. Regardless of whether the dealership believes an oil change “should not” affect the AC system, the fact remains that the problem arose directly after the vehicle was in their possession. (In 93 degree weather) Diagnosis determined that the AC front air outlet servo motor was stuck…
