The car stayed for 4 weeks at the dealership and he didn’t able to do the recall

2019 AUDI A6

Filed Jul 8, 2026

My 2019 Audi A6 was diagnosed with catastrophic internal engine failure on May 9, 2026 at Audi of Newton, Newton, NJ, at 93,645 miles. The vehicle required a full engine rebuild performed by REV Auto NJ at a cost of $12,000. The failure involved metal debris found in the engine oil, consistent with the documented EA839 3.0L V6 TFSI rocker arm needle bearing failure or piston skirt failure affecting this engine family. The EA839 engine used in this vehicle has a documented history of design…

2025 AUDI A6

Filed Jul 8, 2026

The contact owns a 2025 Audi A6. The contact stated that while parked, the vehicle locked independently, trapping the driver and passengers inside. The failure occurred repeatedly; during the first two occurrences, unknown warning lights illuminated. The vehicle was taken to the dealer, where a locking mechanism failure was diagnosed, and the vehicle was repaired; however, the failure persisted. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The contact stated that the vehicle was waiting to…

2019 AUDI E-TRON

Filed Jul 8, 2026

am writing to file a formal complaint regarding my recent experience with the service department at Audi of Cherry Hill concerning my Audi e-tron. My vehicle remained at your dealership for approximately four weeks, during which time no repairs or meaningful progress were made. Instead, I was informed that I would need to approve approximately $13,000 in diagnostic fees before the vehicle would even be inspected or touched. I find this completely unreasonable and unacceptable, particularly…

2016 AUDI A4 ALLROAD

Filed Jul 6, 2026

Rear Suspension cross- member. Extensive corrosion hidden behind stone guard trapping dirt and moisture. I would not have known the rust was there if the stone guard had not come apart from the cross member I cannot trust the safety of this vehicle until it is repaired Audi requires a dealer inspection at the cost of the consumer. Audi Suspension cross member components are the same for many models. The Allroad should be included in the class action lawsuit.

2025 AUDI Q6 E-TRON

Filed Jul 5, 2026

For more than three months, my Audi Q6 e-tron has been sitting at the dealership with an unresolved issue that they have failed to diagnose or repair. This prolonged inaction is unacceptable, and the near-total lack of communication or meaningful updates only compounds the problem. It is alarming that a premium vehicle equipped with advanced safety technology remains inoperable for such an extended period. This situation raises serious concerns about both the reliability of the vehicle and the…

2018 AUDI SQ5

Filed Jul 5, 2026

While driving a 2018 Audi SQ5 with the EA839 3.0T engine, a coolant warning light activated and engine temperatures began rising to 210-215°F. The vehicle was pulled over immediately. Upon inspection the coolant reservoir was found to be nearly empty with dried coolant residue on the exterior indicating an active leak. The vehicle was towed to an authorized Audi dealer who confirmed via multi-point inspection that the water pump, shut off valve, and vacuum system require replacement due to…

2025 AUDI Q6 E-TRON

Filed Jul 5, 2026

On XXX, I was driving my Audi Q6 e-tron southbound on [XXX] in the HOV lane at highway speed with my family inside. Without warning, the vehicle suffered a complete power failure, dropping instantly to zero acceleration.Because I had no propulsion, I was forced to coast the unpowered vehicle across three lanes of active traffic to reach the right shoulder. Trailing traffic approaching quickly from behind narrowly avoided rear-ending us, and the vehicle side-slipped multiple times during the…

2025 AUDI Q5

Filed Jul 3, 2026

I had adaptive cruise control on in moderately flowing traffic on the highway. Without warning the adaptive cruise control on it's own turned off/disengaged and slammed on the brakes. I had not changed lanes nor had anyone moved in front of me. The weather was clear. My safety and the safety of those behind me was put at risk. I've taken the vehicle to the dealer and they have not been able to reproduce the issue yet. They inspected the vehicle and took it for an initial 7 mile test…

2025 AUDI Q5

Filed Jul 3, 2026

The lane keeping assistance system was engaged as we were traveling at approximately 55 mph and started around a right hand curve. The system aggressively jerked the car to the left and with the wheels on the rumble strip associated with the center double yellow lines. There was traffic flowing the opposite direction and we would have been head to head with an oncoming truck had the driver not stopped the car. The car has been to the dealer, they can not reproduce any issues with the system…
