The contact owns a 2009 Audi TTS. The contact stated while driving 55 MPH, the vehicle lost motive power. The contact stated that several unknown warning lights were illuminated on the instrument panel. The vehicle was towed to an independent mechanic where it was diagnosed and determined that the water pump and the ECM module had failed and needed to be replaced. I PURCHASED A CAR DECEMBER 27, 2019 FOR MY DAUGHTER. SHE DROVE IT FOR MAYBE 4 DAYS (JAN 2-5, 2020)AND STARTED FEELING SICK. AFTER RESEARCH IT IS WAS PROVEN TO BE CARBON MONOXIDE (I HAVE VIDEO). SHE WENT TO URGENT CARE WHERE SHE RECEIVED OVER AN HOUR OF OXYGEN AND BLOOD WORK. I CALLED THE DEALER AND WAS TOLD TO TAKE THE CAR TO GET IT CHECKED OUT BUT WASN'T OFFERED ANY COMPENSATION FOR THE WORK NEEDED TO FIGURE OUT THE CAUSE. AT THAT POINT I HIRED AN ATTORNEY TO TRY TO GET THE DEALER TO TAKE…
