My vehicle currently has 55k and water pump failed. Costing me a fortune

My car is a 2019 Audi Q8 3.0L V6 with only 41,831 miles. My emergency light went on and I brought it my locat Audi Dealer. About a year ago, right after the warranty period was over, the water pump and related had to be replaced and car would not run right. This water pump is a well known issue with audi and had a recall already. My car was the year after but it happens to almost everyone at around 50-55k miles. This 2022 Audi SQ8 should be part of the recall process. It is a danger, it is well documented as a problem and should be fixed.

Engine overheating due to a bad water pump and thermostat, leak in coolant system. Car only had 30,000 miles on it. This model should be included in the Audi/VW lawsuit, [XXX] , et al. v. Volkswagen Group of America, Inc., et al., Civil Action No. XXX. I should be entitled to the extended warranty granted through this lawsuit. Belt Starter Generator failure rendered car undrivable -- power steering failed while in motion. Issue is subject to Class Action Settlement in USDistrict Court, Case # 3:23-cv-02291-RK-RLS. But this should have been a recall because of danger of Injury or Death. A recall would provide notice that the notice of settlement failed to provide. This failure happened to me on March 29, 2026. Dealer is not able to do the repair work in a timely manner.
