Audi Q7

The contact owns a 2017 Audi Q7. The contact stated that while driving 25 MPH, an inoperable passenger’s side front headlight assembly warning light illuminated. The contact stated that the headlight was functioning properly even though the warning light was displayed. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure by telephone. The initial recall (17V298) was performed in 2017 and then the problem reoccurred in 2026 (cracked fuel flange) making it dangerous to drive. This was subsequently fixed at an Audi dealership and they have refused to cover it. Under terms of the recall, it states that this should not be charged to the customer however the charge of $1,670.36 was levied against me. I subsequently opened a case (#07770420) with Audi and they said that they were not obligated to perform that identical fix…

The vehicle reports front right side marker malfunction error while I do not see any issue with the headlight. I see that certain vehicles were recalled for the same model earlier reporting the same issue and hence wanted to report this a safety incident if the light malfunction while driving at night.

I described this prior in a complaint from 7/31/26 - 11407511 This was an unassisted rollaway from parking. Car was in park and started drifting I tried to get back in the car and car pinned my leg. On top of this car has had multiple ignition failures. First only one or two at a time prior to accident which would make one believe maybe they were not pressing hard enough on the start button or breaks then up to 15 failed attempts to start. My car began leaking large amounts of fuel. Recall 20Z8 but Audi said my car wasn't eligible? Also upon starting the car driving the first few second the abs engages and slow down for around 20-30 seconds every time

Our 2015 Audi Q7 start using a lot of oil under 100,000 miles. Dealership replace turbocharger oil seals but that didn't fix the issue. The engine failed oil consumption test and was told the vehicle is safe to drive but will need to add oil every 1,000 miles. Engine failed three months later. Contact Audi of North American about the problem and ask about replacement engine because a vehicle of that type quality should not be having those type of issuea with low mileage.

I was backing out of a retail shopping parking lot and heard a loud bang, then a horrible noise from the front driver side. The car went on a lock down - was useless. The front driver wheel was pushed out and we could see control arms. broken underneath. I had no warning, no indicators on the dash- this was catastrophic.
