I was traveling 58 mph on hwy 270 in Malvern Arkansas. The power steering turned off, the emergency brake engaged and flashed, and the ABS shut off. I replaced the steering sensor with an original mopar part off of my vin number and if i turn tightly it still triggers a code. The entire sensor and spring has been relplaced. Vehicle has started to intermittently activate the windshield wipers when using the turn signals.

2011 Dodge Challenger RT (5.7L Hemi, <75,000 miles).In 2016, Safety Campaign P01 (Timing Chain and Guide) was performed on my vehicle. On May 28th, while traveling at 70 mph on the highway, the timing chain snapped entirely, leaving me stranded and causing catastrophic internal engine damage.

The current recall shows no remedy and life threatening problem can occur. Since no remedy available, driving this car poses risk to driver or other vehicles on the road.

The front passenger side headrest in my 2015 Dodge Van deployed in April 2024. Head rest deployment is a known issue. The dealership told me the headrest was under an extended warranty due to the issue. The dealership placed the headrest on back order for 1.5 years. Now that the headrest is available at the dealership, the dealership is refusing to install it under the extended warranty. The driver and passenger front seat seat belts do not retract. They hang loose when on and if the windows are open will even loosen up more when wind catches them. This is an extreme safety concern if an accident were to happen the seat belt would not hold us in place.

While operating my vehicle at road speed the electric steering rack failed. This rendered the steering inoperative. It was impossible to steer the vehicle.
