2005 DODGE SPRINTER 2500

Filed Sep 3, 2026

My 2005 Dodge Sprinter is subject to Dodge/Stellantis Recall T21 (Emissions Campaign – Reprogram Engine Control Unit (CA)). I have made repeated attempts to have T21 completed. Multiple Dodge/Stellantis service facilities I contacted do not have the required equipment to perform this campaign. The nearest facility I was able to locate with the proper equipment is in [XXX]. However, that facility is also unable to complete T21 because it cannot download/access the manufacturer-required software…

2017 DODGE DURANGO

Filed Sep 2, 2026

Customer Satisfaction Notification T23 (TSB 18-031-17). Under this T23 a PCM software flash and a replacement EGR valve assembly were required. My dealer only did the software flash and my car now threw out an active PO401 (EGR Flow Insufficient Detected). Which is a direct result of the failed software update and the physical damage caused by this known issue. Dealer is refusing the repair along with the manufacturer. IVOQ N N N N V N N MD

2018 DODGE CHALLENGER

Filed Sep 2, 2026

The Uconnect HMI/touchscreen in my 2018 Dodge Challenger has visibly delaminated and developed severe phantom touch inputs. When powered on, the screen registers commands without any physical contact. The failed touchscreen remains installed and available for inspection. The vehicle has approximately 19,600 miles. This creates a significant driver distraction and safety risk while driving because the touchscreen repeatedly activates functions and changes settings without my input, including…

If the driver does not keep the vehicle in the lane the system will let the vehicle veer into the next lane to the left. after entering that lane about half way the active lane assist will vibrate steering wheel indicating the vehicle has left the lane, but will not provide any assistance to the steering…

2025 DODGE CHARGER EV

Filed Sep 2, 2026

his vehicle is a two-door, five-passenger Dodge Charger equipped with the power Rear Seat Easy Entry feature. Because the vehicle only has two doors, the driver’s seat must automatically move forward toward the steering wheel to provide access for passengers entering or exiting the rear seat. There is a serious safety defect with this system. When the driver’s seat is moved forward using the Easy Entry feature, the seat travels toward the steering wheel as intended. However, when it reaches…

2008 DODGE RAM 1500

Filed Sep 2, 2026

The recall cannot be completed because the parts are unavailable. We have contacted the service department in the dealership a number of times. They told us the parts are not available and cannot give us a date to repair it. They referred us to Chrysler's main headquarters and no body there has an answer to when these parts will be available either. This mandate was never made public, the only way we found out was when we went to have the vehicle inspected. Meanwhile it cannot be driven or…
