Was braking with traffic and all of a sudden the emergency braking kicked on and brought the car to a stop from about 40 miles per hour with no immediate threat of collision. Brakes were being applied manually and had plenty of room infront of the vehicle and traffic was not stopped. Nearly caused the vehicle behind to collide into me. Very uncomfortable whiplash feeling experienced and my unsecured belongings in my car went flying.

Multiple instances while driving on the highway with cruise control and lane keep assist on - on a bend slight turn the car veered into the other lane across the lane lines - even with other cars present. Additionally, it does not auto steer away from a blind spot collision - had I not noticed the car there would have been an accident.

This complaint refers to Mazda and it's dealer refusal to properly execute the warranty work under the SSPD5 Valve Stem Seal Class Action Campaign and does not follow the Court's approval of the final Settlement Agreement.
