Driving on the highway was side swiped then rearended at high speed causing my driver seat to fly backwards. So the locking mechanism on the manual seat adjuster either failed or never locked

I leased. 2025 Subaru Crosstrek Premium last May and after I drove it for a few days I discovered the driver side mirror was shaking and made it impossible to see traffic clearly, especially at night. I took the car back to the dealer several times but they could not fix it. There is a class action lawsuit against Subaru for the defective driver side mirror.

The back passenger seatbelt does not retract. It stays loose after use and there are safety concerns. I don't feel safe having any passengers in my car.

On multiple occasions, my vehicle's 12v battery has completely discharged presumably from parasitic drain from connected services communications. The first time the 12v was completely discharged was on 6/10/26 following between 24-48 hours of sitting idle without being driven. It was recharged and the following day had discharged almost completely, giving a warning that it needed to be charged back up. This was after ~24 hours without being driven. Subaru Solterra Car's automated breaking system did not work. We also suspect the changing from reverse to drive did not work as well. My wife while taking reverse and then tried to drive forward, but the drive forward did not work and when the car was accelerated it reversed and hit a tree. Rear automated breaking did not work causing damage to the car. Car was not drivable. Luckily no one was injured. There were no warning signs.

Driver controls for windows do not work for front windows .. Can not put windows down. Therefore if window on passenger side or driver side gets foggy, can not lower to see out Dealer has stated that there is dirt in window. Not dirt , bad window motor per my experience. This has been occurring for about 2/3 years.

My strut bearings have been replaced several times in the drivers sides, my shock and strut has been replaced twice on the drivers side and now the passenger side is doing the same thing.
