While driving my vehicle headlights turn off and back on, sometimes off for minutes sometimes flickering.

225/60R17 tire purchased new started going flat in the first week. Walmart tire said there was no warranty. Receipt says otherwise. P&M tire of Blackwell, OK found defects in the interior sidewall and told us the tire had manufacturing defects. Reported to Nexen by making an account and filing a warranty request which they denied. They keep saying we are lying to deflect blame. Called Walker Ford in Clearwater, FL on 12/27/2025 at 09:35 am. I reported to them that two recalls that would pertain to my car, 13S08 and 13R01 needed to be performed as my steering bearing retainer has failed. They informed me it was repaired, but it has failed again. According to my research, regardless if its been performed or not, Ford is still liable to fix it again.
