The door latch and or roller failed which prevents the door from closing properly. Since the door does not close all the way, there is the risk that it opens while driving. This is a recurring issue I have on this vehicle and triggered a lemon-law buyback.

Front crash with no airbag deployment and no emergency braking. Currently at The Metal Shop in Warm Springs Va. Told by insurance it is totaled. Sustained mild concussion from head trauma. Frequently, when I started the car, the instrument cluster's monochrome display will stay blank/black or display completely corrupted garbage - unreadable bit and pieces. On January 19, 2026, my neighbors / daughter noticed smoke was coming from under the van that had been parked for over 3 hours. Shortly after, he confirmed the van had caught fire. I asked him to call the fire department.
