All screens on dash were black and a clicking sound could be heard I side the vehicle. This has happened four times. Towed vehicle to MB dealer and they did a software update but it keeps happening anyway.

Purchased vehicle 6-23 from MB West Chester pa. Feb 3-24 I was parked in a lot once I tried to enter the car I was locked out of the vehicle completely 2270 miles on it.
