I was driving and the sunroof spontaneously shattered. There was no rock damage.

While driving at freeway speed under clear weather conditions with no traffic or debris, the panoramic glass roof on my 2024 Mercedes-Benz AMG EQE SUV suddenly shattered without warning. There was no impact or external cause. The glass appeared to explode from the inside out and fell into the vehicle, creating a serious safety hazard. The dealer from which the vehicle was purchased produced a single-sheet printout of data from the vehicle's onboard computer evidencing zero pressure on the accelerator pedal and about 150-pounds-per-square-inch of pressure on the brake pedal in connection with the incident.

On [XXX], my wife was driving to a local business here in Las Vegas, NV. Upon her arrival she proceeded to pull into a parking spot she slowed down to pull into the parking spot keeping her foot on the brake at all times when she reached the parking block she firmly pressed the brake to place the vehicle in park. While her foot is still on the brake the vehicle took off at a high rate of speed causing the vehicle to jump the parking block onto the sidewalk where pedestrians walk. The car…
