I’ve replaced my blend door actuator 2 times since owning this car in the past year and it’s gone out again. It clicks under the driver’s side constantly until I turn on the temperature control. And when it doesn’t click it blows out hot air on the drivers side and cold air on the passenger side with ac on and cold air on drivers side with heat on and that’s when I know I need to replace it.
