After recall 68C (NHTSA 25V-741), a software-only update applied after my high-voltage battery passed physical inspection, my 2024 Jeep Wrangler 4xe began severely limiting battery discharge power during normal driving. This was not present before the update. The vehicle limits high-voltage battery output during sustained load, such as climbing grades and highway merging, at states of charge as high as 75% or more, worsening as charge drops toward 50% and below. The limiting persists after the…

1. What component or system failed or malfunctioned, and is it available for inspection upon request? The engine unexpectedly shut down while I was driving my 2024 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon at approximately 30 mph. There was no apparent cause for the shutdown. 2. How was your safety or the safety of others put at risk? The sudden engine shutdown caused an unexpected loss of power while the vehicle was moving in traffic. This created a safety hazard because I could no longer maintain speed and was…

My jeep bricked and would would not move. I reset uconnect to get it to my house and had it towed to the dealership. They performed a temporary fix. However, since 10/2026 there has been no final fix. I’m not sure how safe I am to drive this car I spent $63,000 on or how long is reasonable for a fix.

While driving, the Instrument Cluster Display completely blanked out and ceased functioning. This sudden failure immediately disabled the digital speedometer, fuel gauge, engine temperature readings, oil gauge, and critical safety warning lights. In order to check my fuel levels, I have to log into an app on my phone, which is both unsafe and illegal to do while driving. The panel beeps a warning when I start my car, however I cannot see what the issue is because the display is black. Other…
2015 JEEP WRANGLER

About a year ago my dashboard lit-up with a variety of ABS warning lights. My diagnostic module indicated a failure of the ABS module. I paid over $1400 for the part from Mopar and am still waiting with no guaranteed delivery date. Mopar calls the part a special order, but should be part of the standard parts repair inventory. The braking has become unreliable (or mushy) with extreme swerving on sudden breaking. Evidently, this is a wide-spread problem being experienced by many Jeep…

The ABS control module has internal problem which shuts down the module. Results of the module shut down includes: -The stability and traction systems are offline. -A failure in the ABS module or hydraulic unit. -Cruise Control inoperable. -The module no longer modulates brake pressure, which can result in brakes locking. Currently, Mopar has stopped production of this item, so there is no method to replace a failed or non-working module with an original part.

2013 JEEP WRANGLER

2013 Jeep Wrangler, which is currently subject to a manufacturer-issued “Do Not Drive” safety recall involving the driver’s airbag. Upon learning of the recall, I immediately acted responsibly by delivering my vehicle to Romano Chrysler Jeep in Fayetteville, New York, so the required safety repair could be completed. My Jeep has now been at the dealership for more than six weeks because the replacement airbag remains on backorder. During this time, I have repeatedly requested updates and asked…

I was driving my 2024 Jeep Wrangler 4xe on a public road when the vehicle experienced a sudden loss of propulsion. Before driving, the check engine light was illuminated, and the air conditioner was blowing hot air instead of cold. Shortly after pulling onto the roadway and while approaching a stoplight, the vehicle lost power while it was still in motion and became inoperable, requiring it to be towed to the dealership. The dashboard displayed “Service Hybrid Electric Vehicle System.” The…

I am filing a Recall Remedy Failure complaint regarding NHTSA Recall No. 26V-363 for my 2024 Jeep Wrangler Sahara. This safety recall was issued in June 2026 due to a fire risk that can occur while the vehicle is parked. Despite the recall having been announced, the recall status continues to state, “Recall incomplete, remedy not yet available.” I have contacted Stellantis on multiple occasions and have consistently been informed that no repair remedy is available, no replacement parts have…
