The chrome plating on the interior driver's door release handle has delaminated and became sharp enough to cut my hand pretty bad. I'd like to report this as a safety concern and ask whether Jeep can provide goodwill assistance or replacement parts. IVOQ N N N N V N N PA

Component: I was driving my jeep on XXX and the power steering went out. Because this is electric over hydraulic, I couldn't even muscle the steering wheel. No lights illuminated on the dash and I don't believe the computer stored any codes. The power steering was out for less than 20 seconds. Safety risk: I almost crashed my car due to this issue and that's a safety risk to myself and others. I looked up active recalls and found NHTSA recall 26V-363. I called the dealership Casey's CDJR of…

This is the second complaint I filed with NHTSA in a year and I plan to go up to the President if I…

2016 JEEP WRANGLER

The ABS control module has internal problem which shuts down the module. Results of the module shut down includes: -The stability and traction systems are offline. -A failure in the ABS module or hydraulic unit. -Cruise Control inoperable. -The module no longer modulates brake pressure, which can result in brakes locking. Currently, Mopar has stopped production of this item, so there is no method to replace a failed or non-working module with an original part.

Failure to replace airbags

2015 JEEP WRANGLER

Filed Jul 21, 2026

About a year ago my dashboard lit-up with a variety of ABS warning lights. My diagnostic module indicated a failure of the ABS module. I paid over $1400 for the part from Mopar and am still waiting with no guaranteed delivery date. Mopar calls the part a special order, but should be part of the standard parts repair inventory. The braking has become unreliable (or mushy) with extreme swerving on sudden breaking. Evidently, this is a wide-spread problem being experienced by many Jeep…
