Jeep Wagoneer L

Car has stalled out on road multiple times. In shop one day for software update. In shop two days for fuel pump replacement. Has been in shop 13 days and counting with no diagnoses currently. First stall out occurred at 55 mph.

While crossing an intersection, at low speeds (<5mph) the wagoneer immediately switched to park due to a failing auto park safety system. It left us stranded in the middle of the road while the car required two shut offs and restarts, all while watching cars drive by us. This has occurred twice in intersections, twice at stop signs, and three times pulling out of our driveway in the past three months.

Suspension geometry is wrong causing rapid tire wear and heat. Dealership says it’s normal wear for this car with air ride suspension and engine power. I’ve had the alignment checked multiple times and told it is correct. This is causing excessive wear of the tires and causes a bad vibration like a tire belt is broken. I am reporting a serious safety concern with my 2024 Jeep Wagoneer. For approximately six months, I have repeatedly taken the vehicle to an authorized Viva Jeep dealership in [XXX], because of transmission and acceleration concerns. Purchased vehicle new in June 2025, July 2026 it prematurely wore the outside of both passenger tires to the point the chords were showing with 25,000 miles on original factory tires. Dealership replaced tires and said they found nothing wrong with alignment. We have owned 5 new vehicles over the past 15 years, and we have always gotten at least 50,000 miles out of factory tires.
