I purchased my 2023 Jeep Wagoneer new in March 2023. The vehicle has experienced multiple electrical/electronic safety-related failures. Beginning around Oct. 2024, the digital instrument cluster intermittently failed to load after startup, leaving me without critical information including vehicle speed and fuel level. The vehicle has not started, on 2 separate occasions. It will not start, let you open the door and, the APP won't work. It is just dead. After a period of time, it will start and work fine. Then it won't start again. I have read there are several instances on your web site of this type of failure. The dealer can't find anything wrong.

Battery light came on and showed low voltage while driving down the highway along with a loud sound. Also the icon with a red A and a circle around it came on, the lights and icons starting signaling. The steering wheel instantly became difficult to turn and control. I started to pull off the road the best I could and the parking break engaged before I could come to a complete stop. I wasn’t even off the road before the vehicle came to a stop.

On multiple occasions, when starting the vehicle, the screen on the dashboard remains with the power button and instructions to depress the brake and push button to start. The car starts, but no gauges appear on the dashboard. Turning the car off and back on does not resolve the issue. The car is on and running and will let me shift into gear and drive the car, as demonstrated in multiple videos. Vehicle shut down 4 times in traffic almost causing an accident each time loss of power and steering. This all occurred in 1 day.

2024 Wagoneer was shifting weird, throwing itself in parking mode. Shutting off and making you stop while driving to shift in desired gear. Throwing itself in park going down the highway and about had us in a head on collision. Motor has loss of lower and overheating. Multiple misfires on multiple cylinders on all 3 occasions when returned to the dealership. Unable to fix on multiple attempts. Car is still in dealership garage awaiting to be repaired.

Three times my car has suddenly stopped and went into park. It happened once pulling into the median of a roadway. The second time I was slowing in traffic to stop at an upcoming traffic light and the most recent was backing out of a park spot. In addition to the sudden stops while in traffic it also has had hesitancy when starting from a stopped position. I have to restart the car while in traffic.
