The thermostat suddenly failed, causing extensive engine failure. The engine failure was the direct and unavoidable consequence of a known manufacturer defect explicitly covered under Customer Satisfaction Notification 26B and TSB 09-006-25 / RSU 25-047 which should have replaced my thermostat or been a recall.

Third time while driving the car just stops stays on drive but car is completely dead. Have to put in park and turn off and on car to go. Also have a few times of the car is in a parking spot and then go to reverse stop limit brakes and it won’t let you go when you put it into drive.
