INFINITI QX60

I was in drive and stopped to make a left hand turn. When it was my turn to go, I pressed on the gas and did not move, so I looked over at the gear shift and it switched itself into Neutral from Drive, by itself. I did not touch it or bump it.

I would like to place a complaint do to major safety concerns to my vehicle. The dealership where I purchased the vehicle is giving the wrong around. The warranty that they gave was there choice. The contract to the vehicle had major fraud issues, however, my financing is with Lend Buzz, they have same documents, the dealership says warranty ended 8-20-2026, myself and financing company didn't receive any documents, now vehicle has major mechanical problems. On August 8, 2026 at around 10:18am, while driving at a speed of approximately 40mph, my sunroof spontaneously exploded outwards without any external impact. The tempered glass suffered a sudden structural failure and burst outward while driving, without any external rock strike or road debris collision. While uninstalling a Chicco Fit360 ClearTex rotating convertible car seat, we discovered that the load-bearing webbing connecting the car seat base to a lower-anchor connector had completely separated. This vehicle was taken to the local Infiniti dealer for a routine oil change, vehicle inspection during this service discovered that the rear brake pads were worn. The request to replace the rear brake pads was declined. There were no warning indications. The failure mileage was 21787. Infiniti was contacted, but no assistance was offered.

24 July, approx 930 AM vehicle was stopped and left running in park. Vehicle keys (Fob) was left in vehicle and driver exited vehicle for approx 3-5 minutes. Upon return, the vehicle was locked, something that should not occur when the key (Fob) is left in the vehicle. Remote access via the Infiniti app to unlock was unsuccessful. 2nd vehichle key (Fob) was retrieved and the vehicle successfully opened using it.
