The sidewalk of my tire blew out while driving on the highway in winter conditions. Luckily I was only going about 30 mph when it happened. Three times in the past 4 years, the air bag warning light was triggered when the battery was either disconnected/reconnected or jump started. Each time to re-activate the airbag safety system, I had to send out the air bag control module to have it reset. It is not expensive to do that , but it does mean one has to disassemble the center console, remove airbag control module and send it out to be reset. Additionally, during the time that the airbag light is on, my understanding is that the SRS…

Our 2009 Infiniti G37x has developed the dreaded sticky dash issue. The materials in the dashboard have broken down, as a result the dashboard has become VERY reflective. It creates a heavy glare on the windshield both day and night which affects our ability to see out of the windshield. The glare makes it very difficult to see a night when street lights and headlights reflect off of the dash. Thankfully there has been no accidents caused by this issue, but this greatly increases the risk of…

If you search the internet, you'll see that there's a large problem with the sunroof drainage in this car dumping water into the cabin, into the glove box and down the right kick panel, which is where the bcm unit sits, and then dumps down the rocker panel where all the electrical wiring runs.

On August 6, 2025, I purchased a 2013 Infiniti G37 from Auto Quality Corp. The total amount paid was $4,700 with a pending balance of $1000. I was given the car turned on and was not present when the car was turned on. Upon leaving the dealership and arriving to my destination, I turned off the car. Once I was ready to get back on the road, the car failed to turn on again. The vehicle is failing to start and is now inoperable. I do not feel safe driving the vehicle due to the major concerns…
