The wheel becomes sticky/ jerky when driving at speeds over 40 mph and causes overcorrecting. It is worse around bends and makes holding the wheel straight difficult. It was diagnosed by my mechanic as needing a new rack and pinion but my situation matches other safety reports made from what I've been reading about. Evaporator on the AC system has failed repeatedly Honda is aware this is a reoccurring issue as they offered a goodwill discount once but I’ve had to replace more than once. This is a major visibility issue as the moisture from the faulty evaporator fogs my windshield making it dangerous to drive and the defogger is much less effective

There is a problem with sticky steering that is a recall with newer models that seems to be the same with the 2019 models as well. However, they have not issued a recall with the 2019. Per searches on the internet, there a quite a few who have experienced this issue with the 2019 model as well. I have multiples of this vehicle in my family and 2 of them are having this issue currently.

Sticky/notch feeling when going straight I over correct because of it stiffness of it it’s very dangerous

I am the first owner, when i start lane keep assist feature, everytime it steers the car right side, after 10 seconds when it shows the light on dash to (keep your hands on steering wheel) i have steer hard to keep in middle of lane and you have to do it 3 to 4 times to use the lane keep assist feature accurately.
