2024 HONDA ACCORD

Apparently a very well known issue, I've had my car for 17 months and the software error see dealer had been on every time I start my car for the past 14 of them. And sometimes when I'm driving. Took it to the dealer, as the screen prompts, they said they reset it, turned it on, and there it was. Don't think they even did anything, except maybe waste my hour and a half and then try to sell me services. I know there is a known issue with the software on this model shutting down the vehicle…

While driving my 2023 Honda Accord Hybrid, the vehicle suddenly displayed multiple warning messages, including a Check Engine Light, and immediately entered limp mode. Engine power was significantly reduced, making it difficult to accelerate and safely keep up with surrounding traffic. This unexpected loss of power created a potential safety hazard because the vehicle could not respond normally to throttle input. The vehicle was diagnosed by an authorized Honda dealership. The dealer confirmed…

What component or system failed or malfunctioned, and is it available for inspection upon request? I own a 2018 Honda Accord with approximately 132,000 miles. Shortly after my vehicle was serviced for the fuel pump recall, multiple warning lights and system failure messages appeared simultaneously. The affected systems include Road Departure Mitigation, Emission System, Adaptive Cruise Control, Auto High Beam, Collision Mitigation Braking System, Electric Power Steering, Vehicle Stability…

When going 55 mph car started leaching back and forth aggressively followed by loss of engine power. Car decelerated to a max of 20 mph and would not accelerate past that. This caused the potential of getting rear ended in traffic. When I took it to the mechanic, they told me that my first cylinder was misfiring and that my fuel injector was the issue. A warning light only came on after the car decelerated to a low speed.

The Power Steering Light, Traction Light, ABS Light, and Brake Light all came on and would stay on leading me to check the code which was a 121-11 which seems to be a very common issue with the 9th generation Honda Accord.

2019 HONDA ACCORD

My car was stalling on the highway not going over 40, a perfectly maintained 88k mile car that is stock and only used for work and light leisure. The weak engine head gasket is to blame for coolant seeping into cyclinder 3. A very known defect with the 1.5 turbocharged engines recently. The safety of me and passengers was at risk because that’s a 50mph+ highway and my car didn’t go to 50. Yes the problem was confirmed by dealership / manufacturer. Zero warning lights to this day.

The engine began misfiring, shaking, and losing power, and the check engine light began flashing. The vehicle became unsafe to operate. The failed component is the engine head gasket, and the vehicle is available for inspection upon request. The sudden loss of engine performance created a serious safety concern.
