GMC Sierra 2500 HD Classic

Air bag front impact sensor are no longer available from manufacturer. Airbag system in inoperable.

Front air bag sensor part is not available. Part number 85597996 has been discontinued without a replacement. As such, I have no airbag system on my truck.

Odometer Fraud. The contact considered purchasing a 2007 GMC Sierra 2500 from a local dealer. The contact stated that vehicle mileage was listed as 159,000, but the Carfax report listed the mileage as 400,000.

The contact owns a 2007 GMC Sierra. The contact received notification of NHTSA Campaign Number: (21V050000 (Air Bags) and would like to be removed from the recall distribution list. The local dealer and manufacturer were contacted.

The steering wheel air bag deployed when parked and rear windows were going up and down by themselves. There was no impact.

THE VEHICLE IS USED AS A PLOW TRUCK ON PRIVATE PROPERTY(FARM). IT IS NOT REGISTERED OR INSURED. GMC REFUSES TO TOW IT TO THE NEAREST DEALERSHIP FOR ITS AIRBAG RECALL.
