I was driving on the freeway and was between two cars. The car on my right was trying to merge into me. I immediately was breaking while trying to control steering. I attempted to honk three times and my honk horn would not work. In a case of an emergency, that is absolutely unacceptable a car like this should be able to honk.

This is about an issue with the ACC system. While driving with the ACC engaged, it will intermittently disengage and without notification. Then the vehicle applies hard braking.
