My Alfa Romero gas tank door got stuck shut and the emergency release wasn’t where it was supposed to be it was no emergency release in the vehicle and I was stuck unable to get gas.

Sunroof Design flaw that keeps the sunroof from closing. This is a $10,000 fix. I see that Alfa Romeo knows this issue as 100's if not thousand of cases in Alfa Forums. This being known by Alfa creates water damage that can seep into the A pillar that will in time rust ( and lose any welds)which will affect the safety of the car in a crash or roll over. The manufacturer has mailed me a letter stating the rear seat belt retractor needs repair. It states my vehicle meets the need for repair. It states seatbelts that do not freely retract or maintain tension do not provide the designed occupant restraint function, which can increase the risk of injury to occupants during certain types of crashes. The remedy for this condition is not currently available.
