2018 Nissan Versa transmission issues. i have 2018 Nissan Versa with 116,993 miles. Transmission is starting to skip and slip. it was diagnosed as a possible chain slip. there was bulletin out for this issue in which Nissan has known about. Nissan was contacted to see if they could warranty the transmission, but was told they were not going to cover it. The vehicle experienced a failure of the transmission/CVT transmission system and is available for inspection upon request. My car was parked out front my house. Weather has been in the 60’s no major differences. I walked outside ant 1pm and noticed the entire back windshield was shattered. There was no impact marks, no hole in the window. I’m not sure how this has happened and thankfully we were at home and not driving.

I purchased this vehicle from a private owner. I see that there was a recall on the transmission and since there are no recalls at the moment I believe the original owner must have had it repaired. I am having the same problem as the original recall with the transmission. Since it was a safety recall, I would think that this is also a safety issue. Can a car be recalled again if the problem still persists. Thank you

Driving the vehicle, and it went into limp mode. Loss power and would not accelerate. Had to drive very low speeds to get home.

Since 2021 my 2020 Nissan versa SR had been giving me problems with the sensors. All of the dash lights would come on. Then in 2023 my vehicle started to stall and hesitate. It’s gotten to the point where I’d be taking a left turn and I’d press the gas and my car would move a few inches. It’s become very dangerous. Even after changing the air flow sensor my car continues to have problems with acceleration, stalling and hesitating.

Brake Caliper because stuck or seized mid driving making braking unsafe or near impossible.

I brought this car in August 2022 and now out of no where the rear breaking collision system is randomly malfunctioning. There will be nothing near my vehicle or in the line of sight and when you reverse it just slams on breaks and will continue to doo so very few seconds causing loud grinding. this will stop for a few days or weeks and randomly starts up again which causes problems when parking or backing up because its continuously slamming on breaks for no reason.

When decelerating/braking there is a knocking in the rear of the car. It has gotten progressively worse. Had the dealership check it out but found nothing wrong. They didn't drive the car.
