2019 NISSAN TITAN

Worst dealership my husband and I ever dealt with. We purchased a 2019 Nissan XD Titan Diesel with warranty. Two days after purchase, the check engine light came on. I called Spencer from the service department to let them know. They took the truck the very next day; it was some issue with the gas tank, so the part was back-ordered. After getting that fixed, the check engine light still never went off. I questioned the dealership; all they could say was it was probably a dirty sensor. Then,…

Two different incidents involving the transmission. The first was going at a moderate speed, it’s a nine speed transmission. It shifted down into second gear, revving the engine horribly and throwing me forward somewhat. If this had happened at highway speeds it could have locked up the back wheels causing me to loose control of the vehicle. I have picture of the dash panel showing it shifted down to second gear. I’m not sure how to attach it here. I pulled over and put it in park, then went…

The contact owns a 2005 Nissan Titan. The contact stated that after unbuckling her front driver side seat belt and standing outside of the vehicle, she reached over to grab her purse. The contact seatbelt had not fully retracted as she reached over for the purse and as a result, the seat belt's latch plate hit the contact in her abdomen. After the failure occurred, the seat belt no longer fastened. The contact sustained pain to the abdomen for a couple days and sought medical treatment at an…

I am submitting this complaint on behalf of the vehicle owner. On March 31, 2025 (136,962 miles), the vehicle was brought to Fred Anderson Nissan of [XXX] for Voluntary Emission Recall PD128 (NTB24-061), which required a new Particulate Matter Sensor and ECM reprogramming. One day later, the Check Engine Light illuminated. On April 2, 2025 (137,083 miles), the dealer diagnosed code P2002-00 (DPF Efficiency Below Specs). Repair Order #XXX states: The new sensor that is now monitoring DPF is…
2024 NISSAN TITAN
Filed Apr 21, 2026
Regarding the 2024 Titan roof, the rain cutters seem to have seam bonding and no weather stripping. The seam sealant only goes 3/4 of the way along rain cutters on the roof. This is leaving a pocket where water collects and starts to rust. Nissan should repair this under it corrosion warranty . It’s also causing an issue with the windshield where the seam sealant or bonding material is coming apart and leaking into the windshield where rust could form. This is a know issue per some service…
2018 NISSAN TITAN
Filed Apr 6, 2026
The contact owns a 2018 Nissan Titan. The contact stated that while driving approximately 40 MPH over a ramp in the road, there was a loud banging sound coming from the front passenger’s side of the vehicle. Later, while depressing the brake pedal, there was a scraping sound coming from the front passenger’s side wheel, and the vehicle started jerking and vibrating and failed to properly stop the vehicle. The vehicle was eventually taken to the local Pep Boys, who determined that the front…
