Nissan TITAN

The truck suddenly and without warning drops into an un-acceleratable 'limp mode' while traveling at highway speeds in active traffic, presenting an immediate rear-end collision hazard. Nissan acknowledges this is a Turbo Failure and replaced it in 2021 and 2023 and now the turbo, actuator and dpf have all failed in less than 10k miles since the 2023 repair and refuses to cover it under the 10yr/150k mile warranty extension for the turbo.

After about a year and a half, my truck either won’t want to start or won’t start. I purchased my truck new in early 2022 and I am on my 3rd new battery. Now in late 2026, they are telling me that I shouldn’t take short trips because the “smart charger” won’t have enough time to fully charge the battery. Vehicle came to a complete stop while driving and left me stranded 40 miles from home. The vehicle would not start with push button start and following diagnostics from dealership was found to have suffered multiple blown fuses to ECM. The technicians could not determine the cause of the failure.

My truck currently has approximately 112,000 miles. Recently, it suffered a high-pressure CP4 fuel pump failure that sent metal debris throughout the fuel system. The failure has been diagnosed by both an authorized Nissan dealership and an independent diesel repair facility.
