Open recall called to fix fuel pump assembly due to fuel pump fuse blowing and engine shutting off, which my vehicle did, however I was charged by the dealership to replace fuel pump. Called nissan directly and still didn't get reimbursed 0

The contact owns a 2019 Nissan NV200. The contact stated that upon starting the vehicle and attempting to drive, the vehicle accelerated but failed to exceed 5 MPH. The contact received notification of NHTSA Campaign Number: 25V676000 (Fuel System, Gasoline), and the vehicle was taken to the dealer for the recall repair; however, the dealer informed the contact that the interior of the modified vehicle needed to be emptied at the owner's expense, prior to the recall repair. On 9/25/25 I was driving through a green light in Baltimore MD. The streets were grand view and w cold spring lane . A driver ran the red light from my left side and hit me so hard he totaled my 2014 NV200 cab edition.
