I am filing this complaint regarding my 2024 Lexus TX. A road rock/debris entered through the vehicle’s factory front grille and struck/punctured the A/C condenser, causing the air conditioning system to stop functioning properly. The repair cost is approximately $2,500. The factory grille has large openings that leave the condenser vulnerable to direct impact from normal road debris. We have had 2 windshields crack on the Lexus TX350, with very low impact to the windshield by very small road debris. Both windshields require(d) replacement due to long migrating cracks. There are several issues with the windshields on the TX350 per online searches. The windshields are a laminated acrylic one that are prone to cracks requiring replacement. We were traveling 80 miles west of Fargo ND on I94 when we heard a loud bang. It became clear immediately from the wind noise that the sunroof had broken.
