Lexus RX350h

On October 16, 2026, the panoramic sunroof glass on my 2024 Lexus RX 500h shattered without any impact. The vehicle had about 78,000 miles. I was driving at roughly 70 mph on a highway when the glass burst with a loud bang. The glass blew upward and outward, not inward, and there was no road debris, no overhead object and no sign of anything striking the roof. No impact point or chip is visible on the remaining glass. No one was injured. The vehicle was out of the 4-year/50,000-mile basic…

My 2024 Lexus RX 500h experiences an intermittent failure to respond when I press the accelerator pedal. During these episodes, pressing the pedal does not produce the expected acceleration, making the vehicle’s response unpredictable. Lexus service bulletin L-SB-0026-25 was performed on my vehicle to address the issue. However, the accelerator nonresponse continues after that repair. The issue remains unresolved. I am concerned that an unexpected inability to accelerate could leave my…

Dangerous Vehicle Failure on Highway XXX —XXX On the morning of XXX, at approximately 9:00 a.m., I drove the vehicle from [XXX] to the [XXX]. It was raining during Hurricane ISAIAS, and traffic stopped because of an accident approximately 2,000 meters ahead. After waiting in traffic and rain for approximately 15 minutes, my vehicle suddenly displayed multiple warning messages, including hybrid-system and shift-system warnings. Within seconds, the vehicle became inoperable. My…

The transmission is jerking at times and it failed to accelerate at one point after coming to a complete stop. Notified Lexus and still working to fully resolve the issue but they just denied my request to reevaluate the issue.

This is original Goodyear Eagle Touring tire on 2025 Lexus RX 350. It M+S 235/50R21 101V. There were no low tire pressure alerts before the blowout. I was entering a ramp of a freeway (XXX in [XXX]) and suddenly heard a loud noise. Unfortunately due to ongoing construction there is no shoulder or curb in the stretch of the road. Also it was dark; about 4:30AM. As a result I had to drive some a couple of miles before I could exit and part safely. By that time tire was shredded and wheel damaged.…

While driving on the highway, the right rear fender trim piece detached from the vehicle. It could be seen flying off in the mirror. It’s likely that the trim piece wasn’t properly secured during the vehicle’s manufacturing process. It could have hurt someone driving behind me.

A 2024 Lexus RX 350 H 12 volt battery is discharging leaving owners stranded. AAA must be called to jump the battery. This has happened four times, each when opening car doors to clean the vehicle. From my understanding the battery discharges within 5 minutes leaving the auxiliary system without power and the inability to start the car. Not exactly sure what is causing the battery drain but vehicle becomes unable to move, open doors or move since drive train will not allow any movement.…
