2016 LEXUS NX

Vehicle is a 2016 Lexus NX 200t F Sport. While driving, the vehicle suffered a sudden and dangerous loss of engine power and stalled in active traffic, matching the symptoms of the major Denso low-pressure fuel pump recalls (NHTSA Campaign 20V-682). The vehicle was repaired at an authorized Lexus dealership in the US at an out-of-pocket cost of $1,700. The manufacturer refuses to acknowledge the safety defect because the vehicle's VIN was originally coded for the Canadian market, despite the…

Low pressure fuel pump defective, which caused vehicle to stall while driving. Barely made it off of the highway when this happened, which left me in traffic with children in the car and my hazard lights until able to pull over safely and call a tow. Problem has been confirmed by independent service center and called dealership and they confirmed my vehicle was not apart of the recall. There were no warnings prior to the car malfunctioning.

While driving and approaching a red light, my entire breaking system failed. No warning lights appeared, no warning of breaks going bad. Pedal went straight to the floor. Eventually pulled over to the side and had vehicle towed to Lexus. They found the Master brake cylinder to be bad. My vehicle only has 50k miles on it. Only a few more miles and I would have been on the highway going 60 with children in the vehicle! Why would a system fail at 50k miles!!!

I have been noticing sluggish acceleration since the end of 2024, specially when fuel falls below or equal to half tank, I took my vehicle to the dealership several times and specifically instructed them to inspect my acceleration issue but every time said no issue on fuel pump. They even failed to reproduce my problem even though I paid for diagnostic. I would like to earnestly request NHTSA to consider this issue seriously and take action at your earliest convenience. Thanks

My 2020 Lexus NX 300 caught fire overnight while parked and unattended outside my residence. I discovered the fire the next morning. The Seattle Fire Department responded (incident #SFD-26-0112715) and their report states the fire originated in the engine compartment, with the cause of ignition listed as 'failure of equipment or heat source.' There was no collision, no theft, and no visible external damage prior to the fire. I am the original and only owner of this vehicle, with approximately…

While I was driving on the highway in cruise control, my car suddenly broke the cruise setting, slowed down, and the check engine light turned on. I pulled over and the car would not accelerate to over about 15-20 mph. I made it to an auto center, where they informed me that the reader said there was an issue with one of the fuel pumps. I am aware that there is a recall on fuel pumps in this model of vehicle and I believe that I experienced this defect.

My car is going into limp mode/ reduced power and I am having misfires on cylinders 3 and 4. I’ve replaced my fuel injectors, spark plugs and catalytic converter. Everything down to the electrical has checked out good. The last issue is the fuel pump. My mechanic says there is not enough fuel going to the injectors . I have a faulty fuel pump.

Foam is breaking off of the shell. Reached out to Chicco and issue was not resolved nor replaced. This seems to be a reoccurring problem with this car seat. For it to have an 8 year lifespan, it hardly lasts 2 years before Chicco deems it unsafe and needs replaced on my dime. Highly frustrated about this product.
