Lexus NX250

my vehicle was boought back under the California lemon lawyer today. It had repeated electrical failures in which the 12 V battery would fail. Lexus was never able to find out why but one occasion I could not exit the vehicle through the driver front door because the electrical and the backup mechanical did not work I exited thru the backseat. I reported this to lexus. Lexus has a responsibility to be sure people can safely exit their vehicle in an electrical failure.

I was traveling on I-35 in heavy stop & go traffic, in an area under heavy construction where no shoulder was accessible, when the 18-wheeler in front applied their brakes consistent with the flow of traffic. I applied the brakes, but nothing happened causing me to roll forward and hit the back of the 18-wheeler. There are no warning indicators whatsoever for this problem. I’m extremely concerned about an issue with my Lexus 2023 NXH 350. And I’m not the only one! While sitting stopped near a highway entrance, the panoramic sunroof of the vehicle spontaneously exploded with a loud popping sound. Glass pieces rained down the outside of the car (the interior cover was closed). After exploding, the panoramic sunroof had deep large cracks throughout the glass remaining in the middle. The edges of the glass were shattered and the pieces of glass were falling from the edges. The vehicle is currently being inspected by Lexus. There were no warning signs.…

The dashboard screen went completely black. All gauges and meters are digital, so there was no information supplied (no gas gauge, no speedometer, etc). The heads up display that normally displays speed also was no longer functioning. When I brought the car to the dealer, the intake person said “another one!” This implies to me that this is a recurring issue.

The driver's side door on my 2024 Lexus NX 350h has completely seized and will not open from either the inside or the outside. The vehicle is equipped with the electronic e-Latch system. I have spoken with a service technician at a body shop, and had my insurance company inspect my headlight as they all believe it is faulty.
