Door handle failure. Well known issue. Internal door actuator commonly fails, causing you to be unable to open the door whether you are inside or outside the vehicle. Repair is also rather expensive.

Door actuator motor failed and door doesn’t open. Known in forums that it’s a bad design where water from washing or rain leaks and corrodes the actuators leaving failed doors from opening.

GOOD DAY GENTLEMEN: THIS REPORT IS CONCERNING A KNOWN, ONGOING AND POTENTIALLY DANGEROUS PROBLEM WITH LEXUS LC500 CARS FROM 2018 UP TO AND INCLUDING 2025 COUPES AND CONVERTIBLES. THE PROBLEM CONCERNS THE DOOR HANDLES/ACTUATORS. APPARENTLY WATER SEEMS TO BE THE CULPRIT. The contact owns a 2024 Lexus LC500. The contact stated that the convertible top was leaking. While driving at approximately 70 MPH in the rain, water started to enter the vehicle. The contact stated that the passenger used paper towels and clothing to capture the water. There were no warning lights illuminated.
