Lexus GX460

Sunroof randomly exploded while driving on the highway. Nothing hit it or otherwise caused the breakage. I was travelling at a normal constant speed on a normal temperature day. Glass got all over me and inside the sunroof's opening mechanism. Lexus replaced the glass but refused to repair the housing / opening mechanism.

The actuator on the driver door went out and in 2025 and had to get replaced. I was not able to lock or unlock the drivers side door. All the doors would lock and unlock. Just the other car the front passenger doors actuator lock went out. It is doing the same, will not lock or unlock. I have to do it manually.

The back up camera would go black when reversing, creating a dangerous situation.
